Kohli Reaches To Another Milestone

India's captain Virat Kohli was in full flow on the second day of the first Test at Edgbaston, Birmingham on August 2. He played a masterful innings of 149 on a pitch where the ball was swinging all the day.

It was Kohli's 1st Test ton in England and 22nd of his Test career. During his masterful innings, Kohli became the quickest to reach 7000 runs as captain in international cricket.

He surpassed the great Brian Lara to reach this milestone. He took just 124 innings, 40 fewer to Lara to get those runs.

Kohli is also the fastest to 4000, 5000, and 6000 runs in international cricket as captain having taken only 73, 93, and 106 innings respectively.
