The City of Brotherly Love is gearing up for a huge wrestling event as construction for WrestleMania 40 gets underway at Lincoln Financial Field. The two-night event, taking place on April 6th and 7th, will see WWE's biggest stars clash in the ring.

Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will defend his title against Cody Rhodes in a highly anticipated rematch from last year's WrestleMania. While it's currently a standard singles match, the possibility of a "Bloodline Rules" stipulation looms if Reigns and The Rock emerge victorious in their tag team clash against Rhodes and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins on Night One.



Images and videos shared on Twitter offer a glimpse into the construction of the WrestleMania 40 stage. Following a decade-long tradition, the ring will be covered by a canopy, while the entrance ramp will be a towering structure, potentially blocking off a portion of the lower seating area. Another new look at the set construction for WrestleMania features the T and L letters for the logo.

A hallmark of WrestleMania sets is their incorporation of the host city's essence. With Hollywood's cinematic backdrop for WrestleMania 39 and New York's iconic landmarks gracing WrestleMania 29.
