Mumbai, September 8 - The trailer of the long-awaited action thriller Vikram Vedha has been dropped, and needless to say, the trailer is making waves across social media, trending at the top. The remake of the Tamil blockbuster of the same name seems to have evoked excitement among the audiences with the trailer, something that Bollywood films were lacking post-pandemic.

In the film, Saif Ali Khan plays the role of a cop named Vikram while Hrithik Roshan packs a punch as a gangster named Vedha. A modern retelling of the classic folktale 'Baital Pachisi', "Vikram Vedha" trailer is the perfect mixture of action, dialogues, and background music, which promises to be the biggest USP of the film.



Directed by the original Vikram Vedha's director duo Pushkar & Gayatri, the upcoming film is full of suspense and thrilling moments. Showcasing the face-off between a tough cop Vikram (Saif Ali Khan) and a dreaded gangster Vedha (Hrithik Roshan), the film underlines 'Between Good & Evil, what you choose, defines you'.



Even though those who have watched the original know what the story is all about, the gripping tension of the trailer makes one and all curious about the Hindi treatment of this blockbuster film.

It is slated to be released in theatres on September 30.
