Vikram Vedha Teaser Talk: A Sigh of Relief For The Bollywood Film Industry!

Mumbai, August 24 - The teaser of the much-awaited Bollywood biggie, Vikram Vedha, the official remake of the Tamil movie of the same name, was dropped on August 24, Wednesday. The Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan-starrer gets a big boost 1 month before the release, thanks to the action-packed teaser.

Most of the Bollywood movies post-pandemic have failed to make a very good impression through their teaser/trailers but "Vikram Vedha" seems to have changed that as it is getting anonyms positive response from the audiences which has been the biggest critic of Bollywood movies over the last one year or so.



Directed by Pushkar–Gayathri, the film features Hrithik as gangster Vedha while Saif plays a cop named Vikram. The teaser begins with Hrithik as Vedha says "Ek Kahani Sunaye, Sir?" to Saif's Vikram. This line itself is enough to send shivers down your spine as the teaser picks up from there to start the cat and mouse game between the two.

The 1-minute 44 seconds long promo briefly shows the confrontation between Vikram and Vedha, with Vedha especially bringing out his menacing avatar to own the teaser completely. Saif's Vikram has his moments, especially his intense and serious look with a slo-mo walk is one of the highlights of the promo.

While the teaser is getting its due, the most important thing is that it has brought a big sigh of relief to the Bollywood film industry as the teaser has all the ingredients to become a much-needed blockbuster for the industry. There is Ayan Mukerji's "Brahmastra" also in September (9) which is seen as a potential blockbuster and "Vikram Vedha", scheduled for September 30, too looking very promising.



"Vikram Vedha" is produced by YNOT Studios, Friday Filmworks, T-Series Films, and Reliance Entertainment, and also stars Radhika Apte as the female lead along with Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, and Sharib Hashmi in key roles.
