Ram Charan and Shankar's 'Game Changer' Hindi Rights Sold For 75 Crore
Hyderabad, April 18 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan is gearing up for his release in the form of Game Changer since SS Rajamouli's mega-blockbuster RRR. The movie is directed by Shankar and this marks his maiden collaboration with Charan which is making waves in the trade.
Produced by Dil Raju, Game Changer has been in production for the last couple of years and it is finally getting ready to release around Diwali this year. The makers are in the process of locking theatrical deals across languages and the same has been done for North India rights.
It is known to everyone that Anil Thadani's AA Films has acquired theatrical rights to 4 South Indian movies, including Game Changer. Now, according to the latest report by Pinkvilla, the North India distribution rights of the movie have been acquired by Anil Thadani on an advance basis for Rs 75 crore.
As reported earlier, Thadani is expecting the 4 films (Kalki 2898 AD, Pushpa 2, Devara, and Game Changer) to create history at the box office, especially in Hindi and has gone all out to acquire their theatrical rights to cash in the opportunity. He has paid over 400 crores in advance for these 4 films for North India distribution, showing his full faith in them.
Among the aforementioned four films, Game Changer, which also stars Kiara Advani as the female lead, will be the last to release.
