'Naatu Naatu' From 'RRR' Wins Golden Globe Award For Best Original Song

California, January 11 - SS Rajamouli's RRR has created history at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards 2023.

RRR won the Golden Globes for Best Original song for dance number of the year Naatu Naatu, becoming the first Asian song ever to win this prestigious award. The song is composed by music director MM Keeravaani and penned by Kala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj.

"Naatu Naatu" was nominated in the original song category with "Carolina" from "Where the Crawdads Sing" music by Taylor Swift; "Ciao Papa" from "Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio" music by Alexandre Desplat; "Hold My Hand" from "Top Gun: Maverick" music by Lady Gaga, BloodPop, Benjamin Rice and "Lift Me Up" from "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" music by Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, Ludwig Göransson.
