Box Office: Guruvayoorambala Nadayil Scores Excellent Opening Weekend Worldwide

Kochi, May 20 - Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph's comedy-drama Guruvayoorambala Nadayil is heading for a big success after the excellent opening weekend at the worldwide box office, crossing 40 crores gross mark.

Directed by Vipin Das, Guruvayoorambala Nadayil witnessed a fantastic turnout at the domestic box office, scoring approximately 21.85 crores gross over a 4-day weekend. In Kerala, the movie minted 17.80 crores, which is one of the biggest opening weekends in the state.



Karnataka is the second-best performing state for Guruvayoorambala Nadayil with an estimated 1.90 crores gross, followed by Tamil Nadu with around 90 lakh crore while 1.20 crores gross at the rest of the India box office.

Overseas, the film has minted an estimated 21.75 crores gross in the opening weekend, pushing worldwide total to 43.60 crores. It will be crossing the 50 crores mark in the next couple of days which will make it the 7th Malayalam film of 2024 to do so.
