Mumbai, October 30 - Director Anees Bazmee has broken his silence on the recent rumoured development of the much-awaited sequel of No Entry. Recently, fans were left heartbroken after it was reported that Salman Khan has opted out of "No Entry 2" and the movie was reportedly shelved.
The rumours about "No Entry 2" getting shelved picked the momentum after Bazmee announced his collaboration with Zee Studios for an action comedy film. However, the makers have been keeping mum about "No Entry 2", but now, Bazmee has made things clear about what is reality.
According to the Times of India, the filmmaker has denied rumours about the movie and said that he is waiting for Salman Khan's nod to go ahead with the film. "I'm reading about the No Entry Mein Entry speculations and all this is news to me", Bazmee said.
"If Salman Bhai is willing to do the film, we will make it. If he doesn't want to do it, we will not do it. I am waiting for his call. Whenever I meet him I'll ask him what to do about the film", the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director added.
While Anees Bazmee's reaction doesn't clear the air on whether the film will get made without Salman Khan or not, it certainly reiterates the fact that there's still a lot of uncertainty around this much-anticipated sequel which was once supposed to start production by the end of 2022.
