Mumbai, August 29 - Bollywood's young sensation Kartik Aaryan seems to have found himself in the red hot demand among the producers as well as ad companies. Despite reaching new heights with each passing film, the young superstar is keeping himself grounded and is not entertaining the tempting offers which are against his ethics.
At the time when big Bollywood superstars are knowingly doing paan masala endorsements, Kartik has reportedly rejected a big fate offer from doing such commercials. According to trade reports, Kartik has said no to around Rs. 8-9 crore offer to endorse paan masala and is not putting his principles at stake.
Former chairperson of the censor board and producer Pahlaj Nihalani also endorses Kartik Aayan's decision not to endorse harmful products. "Paan masala is killing people. Being encouraged to take gutka and paan masala by Bollywood role models is definitely damaging to the nation's health", according to Bollywood Hungama.
Kartik has suddenly become the talk of the town post the mega success of "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2". According to industry insiders, he can easily demand a huge paycheck for playing a lead role in a film, however, he is keeping himself to the restricted fees which is helping producers to invest more in production to improve the quality of films. It is said that producers are giving examples of Kartik to other young Bollywood actors and asking them to keep their fees in check.
After delivering the biggest hit of his career, Kartik will next be seen in "Freddy", which will reportedly be released directly on OTT. The actor's next big theatrical release is "Shehzaada" with Kriti Sanon, scheduled to release on February 10, 2023, and later in June 2023, he will headline Sajid Nadiadwala's musical romantic film "Satya Prem Ki Katha", co-starring Kiara Advani.
