Alia Bhatt Announces She Is Expecting Her First Child With Ranbir Kapoor

Mumbai, June 27 - Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt on Monday announced on social media that she is expecting her first child with actor Ranbir Kapoor. The actress shared a picture with Ranbir on her Instagram account.

In the picture, Alia Bhatt can be seen smiling while looking at what appears to be an ultrasound output on the monitor with Ranbir sitting by her side looking in a similar direction. Alia revealed the good news as she captioned the photograph, "Our baby..... coming soon".

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the know earlier this year on April 14 in a private ceremony at the latter's Vastu home in Mumbai in the presence of family members and close friends. On the work front, the due will be seen together for the first time in director Ayan Mukerji's magnum opus "Brahmastra Part One: Shiva", scheduled to release on September 9, 2022.
