Prabhas-Starrer 'Salaar' Will Collide With Hrithik Roshan's 'Fighter' On Gandhi Jayanti Weekend 2023

Mumbai, August 15 - It is now officially announced that the much-awaited Prabhas starrer and Prashant Neel directorial Salaar is all set to release on 28 September 2023. The movie will now face a clash with Hrithik Roshan's Fighter at the box office.## Salaar is promised to be an action extravaganza with solid action sequences which are of World-class standards. According to the director, he is confident that this will be even bigger than KGF chapter 2. Many of the action scenes of this movie has filmed at international standards.## With this announcement Prabhas, on one hand, will have two big movies Adipurush and Now Salaar in 2023. If both click then there's no doubt he will become the most bankable actor in India. ## On the other hand, Fighter too is expected made on a humongous scale. The movie is also making its presence felt in the dubbed Hindi version.## The movie starring Nikhil Siddharth, Anupama Parameswaran, and Anupam Kher has had just 54 shows on the first day in Hindi but most of them got filled after the super positive word of mouth. Because of the huge demand, more shows and screens got added for the second day. Hyderabad, August 11 - God Of Masses Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna delivered the biggest hit of his career last year in the form of, Akhanda. The veteran actor has joined hands with director Anil Ravipudi for his next, tentatively titled 'NBK 108'. ## The movie was announced on Balakrishna's birthday earlier this year and today, the film's producers, as well as the music director, have been confirmed. The yet-untitled film will be produced on a lavish budget by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the Shine Screens banner. ## S Thaman, who won praise for Balakrishna's Akhanada, will be scoring music for NBK 108 as well. This is the first time association between Anil Ravipudi and Balakrishna as well as Ravipudi and Thaman S. Box Office: Sita Ramam And Bimbisara Exceeded Expectations On First Saturday

Hyderabad, August 7 - Two Telugu films, completely opposite each other, exceeded expectations on the first Saturday at the box office, giving more joy to the Telugu film industry. The period romantic drama film, Sita Ramam, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, witnessed a jump of strong 57% on its second day for 4.8 crores net collection. The AP/TG share collection on Saturday came at 2.08 crores, jumping by nearly 40% from Friday. The word of mouth for this Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer is super strong and this is clearly visible in the film's second-day collection. The advance booking for Sunday is better than the first two days and the collection is likely to go overdrive to put a very good opening weekend. On the other hand, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's, Bimbisara will be entering the profit zone in just three days and will probably end up becoming one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. The time travel fantasy actioner has been valued at 13 crores in AP/TG and has recovered 10.82 crores (83%) of it in just two days, including solid 4.52 crores share on the first Saturday.
