Mumbai, November 27 - Ranbir Kapoor made a special appearance in Aamir Khan-starrer "PK", which left fans wanting more. The talented actor was also rumored to be starring in the sequel to 2014's comedy-drama film. However, the sequel was never made official and the wait for fans to see Aamir and Ranbir together gets longer. ## The talks about the duo featuring in a film together have been making noise for many years now, and the latest development suggests that it is going to happen soon. According to Pinkvilla, Aamir and Ranbir have liked a script and are set to collaborate for the big screen. Aamir will reportedly be producing the film. Details about the film have been kept under wrap for now, but it is said that the awaited film will roll out in the second half of 2022. ## Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor share a friendly bond. Aamir had even praised Ranbir for his performance in Karan Johar's "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil", which was released in 2016. A Sequel To 'No Entry' Is In The Works With Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor & Fardeen Khan Returning In Triple Roles!

Mumbai, November 26 - Director Anees Bazmee's 2005 film "No Entry" holds a special place among the finest comedy films in Bollywood. The movie, which starred Salman Khan, Anil, Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol, and Celina Jaitly in leading roles, was loved by the audience for its comic timings, writing, and performances. ## It has been 16 years since the film was released in cinemas. The news regarding its sequel has been making noise for many years now, going by the latest reports, it looks like that the good news about the sequel is around the corner. According to Bollywood Hungama, the sequel is titled "No Entry Mein Entry", and it will feature the original male trio in triple roles.## A source informed the portal that Bazmee is done with the scripting. It will reportedly feature 9 heroines because of the triple roles of the male actors. This is, however, not confirmed yet whether the original heroines [Lara Dutta, Esha Deol, and Celina Jaitly] will be part of the sequel but the makers are already trying to lock as many as 9 heroines for the comedy. ## It is indeed one of its kind ensembles, which, if true, has never happened in Bollywood before. The story will reportedly follow the same catchline - three husbands trying to go astray and the madness that comes along with it. Bhushan Kumar of T-Series along with Murad Khetani will be producing this project. The movie, which features Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles, was originally announced for Christmas 2019 release, but it couldn't be completed by that time and since then, it kept getting delayed because of the covid-19 pandemic. ## However, after being in production for a long time, things are finally looking bright for "Brahmastra" as the final shooting schedule of the film was recently concluded in Mumbai. Box Office: Sooryavanshi Emerges Akshay Kumar's Highest 3rd Week Grosser; Nears Rs. 300 Crores Worldwide

Mumbai, November 25 - Akshay Kumar-starrer "Sooryavanshi" make the best use of the first three weeks at the box office and emerged as Bollywood's first box office super hit during the covid-19 pandemic era. With not much competition, the Rohit Shetty-directed netted Rs. 184.78 crores or Rs. 218 crore gross after earning an estimated Rs. 1.05 crores on 3rd Thursday. ## "Sooryavanshi", with Rs. 18.55 crore net in the 3rd week, also becomes the highest 3rd-week earner for Akshay Kumar, overtaking "Rowdy Rathore", which had earned Rs. 14.16 crores. It has also earned more than "Sultan" (Rs. 15.84 cr.), "Golmaal Again" (Rs. 15.02 cr.), and "Kick" (Rs. 14.01 cr.) in the 3rd week. ## Released over Diwali weekend, "Sooryavanshi" has entered the list of the top 30 highest-earning Bollywood films of all time, and is likely to finish at 27th, ahead of "2.0" (Rs. 190.48 cr.) by the end of its entire box office run. Currently at the 5th spot, "Sooryavanshi" will cross "2.0" by the end of next week and will be Akshay's 4th best-earning film after "Housefull 4", "Good Newwz", and "Mission Mangal". ## For Rohit Shetty, "Sooryavanshi" is now the 4th top-grossing film after "Simmba", "Chennai Express", and "Golmaal Again" while for Katrina Kaif, who plays the female lead opposite Akshay in the film, "Sooryavanshi" has entered to top 5 highest-earning films. ## Overseas, "Sooryavanshi" has grossed an estimated Rs. 60 crores over three weeks, taking the film's total worldwide gross to Rs. 278 crores. Aamir Khan Apologies To KGF Makers For Clashing 'Laal Singh Chaddha' With The Much-Awaited KGF Sequel

Mumbai, November 25 - Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan recently postponed the release date of his long-awaited comedy-drama film, "Laal Singh Chaddha" to April 14, 2022. The actor took this decision to give enough time to post-production work as he doesn't want to rush his work. ## "Laal Singh Chaddha" is a big-budget film and the makers don't want to compromise on quality. The postponement of the film, however, has confirmed a big box office clash with Yash-starrer "KGF: Chapter 2", which opens on the same date. KGF 2 is a pan India film and carries an unpreceded hype in every language. ## Aamir Kha, however, explained why he chooses April 14 release date for his film and also expressed his regret for clashing with KGF 2. "There are two ways of doing the visual effects — you can do a rush job or you can go for quality work. I didn’t want a rush job, hence I preferred to postpone the film". (according to box office worldwide).## "Ideally, I would never take a date which has already been finalized by the producer of another big film. I hate to give the impression that I am trespassing on someone else's territory, but since I am playing a Sikh for the first time in my career, the Baisakhi day seemed to be the most appropriate for the release of Laal Singh Chaddha", he added.## The actor revealed that he wrote the KGF team and explained his situation and also apologized. Before I finalized the date, I profusely apologized to the producer (Vijay Kiragandur), director (Prashanth Neel), and lead man (Yash) of KGF2. I told them how the lockdown had made matters difficult for all producers. I also explained that a Baisakhi release for my film would be ideal. Salman Khan Confirms His Theater Chain 'Salman Talkies' In Small Towns Is In The Works

Mumbai, November 23 - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has often shared his love for theaters, especially for single-screen cinemas. Before the covid-19 pandemic, the superstar was planning to launch his own theater chain in small towns, however, the pandemic put the plans on hold. ## However, as things started getting to normalcy and theaters across the country have reopened, Salman Khan revealed in a recent interview that his project Salman Talkies is still in the works. Salman confirmed that he indeed had plans to open up theatres and hopefully, it will be sometime soon, according to News18. ## "We were planning it but everything was put on hold. Slowly we will get back to it, but definitely someday. We had planned to open them up in smaller towns where people didn’t have access to theatres. Not here in cities like Mumbai", Salman told TOI. ## According to a 2018 report by Mumbai Mirror (via News18), Salman Talkies was going to be a chain of theatres where tickets would be tax-free and available at subsidized rates and free for children from underprivileged backgrounds. The actor had also met several producers, distributors, and exhibitors to execute his plan and understand the market for theatre in a better way. ## The report had mentioned that the chain was expected to flag off in Maharashtra and later expanded to other states over the next ten years. In India, despite being the second most populated country in the world, people in small towns don't have access to theaters. Mumbai, November 23 - Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon-starrer "Bhediya", which gearing up to release next year, is a step forward in Maddock Films' horror-comedy genre. A sequel to the 2005's film netted just Rs. 2.60 crores [3.05 crore gross on Friday (November 19). ## Starring Saif Ali Khan, and Rani Mukerji reprising their roles from the original film alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Sharvari Wagh as a new edition, the comedy, however, was expected to open in the range of 4-5 crores, but negative reviews and word of mouth dent its chances big time. ## Overseas, Varun V. Sharma-directed grossed approx Rs. 1.25 crores, for its total worldwide gross to a decent Rs. 4.30 crores on the first day. However, the poor show of YRF's film helped "Sooryavasnhi", which is going super strong at the box office, to regain the momentum at the Indian box office. The Akshay Kumar-starrer jumped 3.16% on its 3rd Friday for Rs. 3.26 crores. This takes "Sooryavanshi's" total India net collection to a nice Rs. 169.50 crores after 15 days. ## At the worldwide box office, Rohit Shetty-directed has grossed Rs. 254 crores so far, including Rs. 54 in overseas markets.
