Will Jersey Be The Another Box Office Success For Shahid Kapoor?
Mumbai, April 8 - Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor returns to the big screens next week with his long-awaited sports drama film, "Jersey", which is the official remake of the Telugu movie of the same name. It will release on 14th April in the cinemas. ## Shahid Kapoor is coming after the blockbuster success of Kabir Singh which was one the biggest hits of 2019. There were only a few blockbusters at the level of Kabir Singh in the entire decade of the 2010s and on nonholiday, probably there was none. Kabir Singh made Shahid Kapoor a box office star and now all will depend on how he consolidates his position in the industry.## From the promos, The film does not look like a killer initial type of film. Even the music has not become very popular but these things will be neglected as the first day is a big holiday so its always going to have an audience from the first show. The biggest threat is KGF2 which is probably the biggest event film of the year and is releasing on the same day as Jersey.## Eventually, the film will depend on the audience's word of mouth.
