Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' Advance Booking Crosses 10 Crores For Opening Day

Mumbai, November 9 - Superstar Salman Khan's Tiger 3 continues to score good advances for the opening day though the pace has slowed down over the last 24 hours after the initial rush. The movie is releasing on Diwali day so the pre-sales are expected to be lower than expected. ## The advance booking collection of "Tiger 3" has crossed 10 crores gross for the opening day with more than two days left for the release. The movie has sold approx. 3.80 lakh tickets worth approx. 10.40 crores gross collection for the first day. ## "Tiger 3" is a rare movie to release on Diwali day, that too on Sunday. The advance sales of the movie are expected to pick up in the last two days and the final sales could be 20+ crores for the opening day which could have easily been over 30 crores had it been released on Friday. ## Directed by Maneesh Sharma, "Tiger 3" will likely score the biggest collection on Monday and Tuesday, on National holidays. Mumbai, November 8 - The highly-awaited spy action thriller Tiger 3 is inching closer to its release which is on November 12, Sunday. The excitement is peaking up for this YRF production biggie which will unite some of the biggest stars of Bollywood. ## As reported earlier, "Tiger 3" will have a cameo of Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan and it was recently revealed that Hrithik Roshan's Kabir will also make an appearance in the movie. While SRK's role is at the crucial juncture of the movie, Hrithik's cameo will most probably feature in the post-credit scene. ## Yash Raj Films had recently completed the censor formalities as CBFC passed the movie with a 'U/A' certificate with an approved runtime of 2 hours and 33 minutes. Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' Shows To Begun From 7 AM On November 12

Mumbai, November 1 - Superstar Salman Khan's much-awaited spy action thriller Tiger 3 is ready to release on November 12. In an unexpected turn, the movie will be released on Sunday, the day of the Diwali festival. ## Owing to the huge demand and a lot of enquiry at the ticket window, Yash Raj Films has decided to commence the first show of the film at 7 AM on November 12. The booking for the movie will commence on November 5, a week before the movie hits the big screen. ## Directed by Maneesh Sharma, "Tiger 3" is the 5th movie in YRF's Spy Universe and follows the events of "Tiger Zinda Hai", "War", and "Pathaan". Salman Khan returns to play the titular role of RAW agent Avinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger alongside Katrina Kaif as Zoya, an ex-ISI agent. Emraan Hashmi plays the lead villain Aatish Rehman while Shah Rukh Khan plays a cameo as Pathaan.## This is the third instalment in the Tiger franchise, one of the most loved film series in Indian cinema. The first movie, "Ek Tha Tiger" was released in 2012 and became a big blockbuster, followed by "Tiger Zinda Hai" in 2017 which took things a notch higher. Ishaan Khatter and Mrunal Thakur's War Drama 'Pippa' To Skip Theatrical Release?

Mumbai, October 31 - Ishaan Khatter and Mrunal Thakur's war drama film Pippa has been in production for a long time. Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the movie was supposed to be released in December last year but was postponed due to the delay in the post-production work. ## A few months back, it was revealed that "Pippa" would be shifted to 2024 as the movie is VFX heavy and needed more time for the same. Now, according to the latest reports, the film is skipping theatrical release and will directly be streaming on Amazon Prime Video. ## It is said that the debacle box office performance of Kangana Ranaut-led "Tejas", produced by RSVP Movies, has made RSVP and Roy Kapur Films change the release strategy. The team has reportedly decided to skip the theatrical release and sold it Prime Video for the exclusive OTT debut. The official announcement is expected to be made soon with the trailer. ## "Pippa" is based on the war memoir The Burning Chaffees written by Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta. It tells the story of the intense 48-hour Battle of Garibpur, which was fought on the eastern front during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and which laid the foundation for the impending war. ## Centred around Brigadier Mehta’s 45 Cavalry tank squadron, Pippa’s title refers to the magnificent Russian amphibious war tank, the PT-76, which was lovingly called “Pippa”, since like an empty ghee da dabba it smoothly floated on the water.## The film portrays the coming-of-age of both the young Mehta and our nation, as they both step up to prove themselves in a war for the liberation of another country. Sunny Deol Lines Up Multiple Films After Mega Blockbuster Success of 'Gadar 2'

The social comedy-drama film is directed by maverick Rajkumar Hirani and this marks his maiden collaboration with SRK.## "Dunki" is scheduled to release during the Christmas weekend this year, possibly on December 21st worldwide, the makers are gearing up to kickstart promotion by launching a teaser on Shah Rukh Khan's birthday on November 2nd. Sunny Deol's 'Gadar 3' Eyes Independence Day 2025 Release: Report

Mumbai, October 29 - Director Anil Sharma's period action drama Gadar is arguably the most successful film franchise in Indian cinema with both films in the series emerging as all-time blockbuster successes.## Starring Sunny Deol, the first film "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha" was released way back in 2001 and set to new benchmark for the Indian film industry before its sequel, "Gadar: The Katha Continues" took things a notch higher in 2023 to become the second highest net-grossing film in Hindi. And now, the makers are gearing up to bring the next instalment of the franchise. ## The makers have already confirmed that there could be "Gadar 3", and as per the latest reports, the movie is indeed happening. According to a report in Dainik Bhaskar, the makers are planning to announce the next film early next year with a clear-cut strategy of taking the movie on floors around August 2024. ## The report further said that the makers don't want to delay "Gadar 3" much unlike "Gadar 2" which was made 22 years after the first film. Now, according to the latest reports, the sizzling duo are all set to reunite for director Jagan Shakti's film. ## Tiger and Disha are reuniting for this action thriller film, reportedly titled "Hero No. 1". The reports say that Disha has replaced Sara Ali Khan who has opted out from the movie due to date issues. Box Office: Fukrey 3 Four Weeks Collection; To Remain Under 100 Crores Net Mark

Mumbai, October 27 - Excel Entertainment's comedy entertainer Fukrey 3 will fall short of the 100 crores net box office mark after the promising start. However, the movie has done its job and performed much better than what the trade was expecting before the release. ## Directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, the third instalment of the hit franchise has completed 4 weeks in theatres since its release on September 28. The movie has scored approximately 95.25 crores net and will likely score another 50 lakhs more to finish around 96 crores final net collection.## "Fukrey 3" opened to a decent collection before putting in a good opening week of 66 crores. At that time, it looked like it would reach 100 crore net but to competition with new releases and the mixed word of mouth, the movie failed to carry the same momentum into the next weeks. ## Despite not being able to enter the coveted 100 crores net club, "Fukrey 3" is a box office hit and maintains the 100% success ratio of the franchise. It also emerged as the highest net-grosser movie of the franchise, topping its predecessor "Fukrey Returns" which minted approximately 80 crores net. ## At the worldwide box office, the movie has earned approximately 127 crores gross, including an estimated 14.50 crores overseas collection. Box Office: Ganapath and Yaariyan 2 First Week Collection

Mumbai, October 27 - Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon's sci-fi actioner Ganapath - A Hero Is Born completes its first week with a no-so-great-looking box office collection. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film was expected to have, at least, a decent success but failed miserably without putting any challenges. ## "Ganapath" took the opening of just 2.50 crores net, and due to poor reviews, it failed to grow over the week and scored approximately 11.80 crores net collection in the first week. It is the lowest first-week collection ever for Tiger Shroff. ## There is not much to say about the film's box office performance as the numbers speak for themselves. Tiger was hoping to make a strong comeback with this movie but now, it should be a wake call for him to pick the right subject. The lifetime collection of the film is heading for below 15 crores net which is disastrous. ## Yaariyan 2, which was released on the same day as Ganapath, met the same fate with the below-par first-week collection. Unlike Ganapath, there were hardly any expectations from this romantic drama film, but even by that standard, the collection is really poor because "Yaariyan 2" is a sequel to a hit film. ## Directed by Radhika Rao, and Vinay Sapru, "Yaariyan 2" scored just 2.75 crores net collection in its first week and the lifetime is heading towards finishing below 5 crores.
