He reached this milestone against West Indies in the first of the 2-match Test series on Thursday, October 4 at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.
He also became only the 4th youngest to score a century on his debut. Bangladesh's Mohammed Ashraful was the youngest to touched this rare feat.
Prithvi Shaw now has hundred on his Ranji debut, hundred on Duleep debut, hundred on Test debut. And he is the only Indian to do so.
