Timeless Epic 'Ramayana: The Legend Of Prince Rama' To Release In Indian Cinemas On October 18
Mumbai, September 19 - The beloved Japanese and Indian anime production Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama is coming to Indian theatres this October, more than two decades later since it was first released in the early 90s.
The timeless epic will be hitting Indian cinemas on October 18, 2024, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English, languages. Legendary writer V Vijayendra Prasad has provided his creative vision to the Indian language dubs.
The movie was co-directed by Koichi Sasaki, Ram Mohan, and Yugo Sako, and it will be released by Geek Pictures India, AA Films, and Excel Entertainment across India. The teaser was launched on September 19 with the official release date announcement.
Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama is a Japanese-Indian animated film that retells the classic Indian epic, the Ramayana. Co-produced by Japan's Yugo Sako and India's Ram Mohan, the story follows Prince Rama, the incarnation of the god Vishnu, who embarks on a journey to rescue his wife Sita, who is kidnapped by the demon king Ravana.
