Swayambhu First Look: Nikhil Siddhartha Returns as a Warrior; Release Date Locked for 2026

The team behind the highly anticipated period action film Swayambhu has officially wrapped filming and locked a release date. Capitalizing on the festive energy, the film is set to hit screens on Maha Shivratri (February 13, 2026), promising a visual spectacle on a Pan-India scale.

The makers recently unveiled a Introduction to the Team video, which showcases Nikhil Siddhartha in a never-seen-before avatar.The Role: Nikhil plays a legendary warrior. For this role, the actor underwent intense physical training, including learning combat skills, archery, and horse riding in Vietnam and Hyderabad.

While specific plot details are under wraps, the title Swayambhu (meaning "self-born" or "divine origin") and the release date of Maha Shivratri suggest strong spiritual and historical undertones. The film reportedly revolves around a golden empire and a Sengol(scepter) of power.
