Sunrisers Hyderabad somehow manages to win against MI to the last ball, before No. 11 Billy Stanlake top-edged off Ben Cutting over the infield, where all the fielders were placed with one run needed off the last ball. For the second time in a row, Mumbai Indians lost a last over thriller.

With this one-wicket win, Sunrisers move to the top of the points table.



After winning the toss, Kane Williamson elected to field first. Sunrisers came with only one change, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was rested, after suffering back pain and Sandeep Sharma was given his maiden cap for Sunrisers. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians made two changes. Ben Cutting and Pardeep Sangwan makes to the playing XI in place for, Hardik Pandya, who was ruled out due to injury and Mitchell McClenaghan.

Mumbai Indians lost early wicket of Rohit Sharma, but Evin Lewis played freely and took on Billy Stanlake for a six and two fours. After scored 48 runs in 5 overs, they managed to get only 99 in last 15 overs. Mumbai Indians batsmen couldn't get going despite, one or two big overs, but that was not enough to get them good total. MI could only manage to get 147 for 8 in 20 overs.

Rasid Khan was the pick of the bowlers, delivering 18 dot balls of the 24 balls he bowled, his figures 4-13-1 were good enough to restricted MI on below par score.



In chase, SRH off to good start. Opener Shikhar Dhawan and Wriddhiman Saha put on a 62-run stand for the opening wicket in only 6.5 overs. Required rate had nearly come down to run-a-ball, makes the job easier for SRH batsmen. MI needed the flurry of wickets and young Mayank Markande was the only one to provide that.

At one stage, SRH looked comfortable position as they were 135 for 5, but suddenly they lost four wickets for one run, curtsey Jaspreet Bumrah and Mustfizur Rahman's brilliant bowling. With 12 runs still needed, Deepak Hooda held his nerve and took SRH home. Shikhar Dhawan made 45 runs and was the highest scorer of the match.

Rasid Khan named Man of the match for his brilliant bowling. Shikar Dhawan received Orange Cap(leading run-getter), and Mayank Markande received Purple Cap(leading wicket-taker).
