Box Office: 'Kalki 2898 AD' Tops 800 Crore Worldwide Gross After Huge Second Sunday

Hyderabad, July 8 - Kalki 2898 AD is a box office juggernaut that isn't going to end anytime soon.

The Prabhas-fronted sci-fi epic is continuing to run riot and has crossed 800 crores at the worldwide box office after it had another huge day on the second Sunday (11th day) globally with an estimated 65 crores gross collection.



Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki's total worldwide collection after the second weekend has reached an estimated 832 crores which includes 607+ crore gross domestically and 225 crore at the overseas box office, making it the 10th highest-grossing Indian film of all time worldwide.

Kalki 2898 AD is the 10th Indian movie and the second for Prabhas to top 800 crores gross globally. On its second Sunday, it surpassed the entire worldwide collection of Aamir Khan's PK (792 crore gross approx.) to become the 10th biggest worldwide Indian grosser.

As the movie eyeing to become the first 1000 crore grosser of the year, its next target will be to top, Secret Superstar (913 crores), Animal (915 crores), and Bajrangi Bhaijaan (922 crores) in the third week to become the 7th biggest grosser.
