Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna's Thamma Tops 100 Crore India Net In 8 Days

Mumbai, October 29 - Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's vampire comedy Thamma has maintained steady momentum at the box office and has crossed the 100 crore net mark in India within 8 days of its release. The film has benefited from positive word of mouth, with family audiences turning up in decent numbers through the weekdays.

Following a good extended opening weekend, Thamma maintained a decent hold during the week, particularly in North India and Maharashtra. It scored a healthy jump of around 27% on Tuesday due to discounted prices, which led to a total collection of around 101 crores net in 8 days.

Thamma is the 12th movie and 11th Bollywood title of 2025 to cross 100 crores net collection in Hindi. Worldwide, the film has grossed around 140 crore so far, and with another weekend ahead, it is expected to continue its positive trend.

Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Thamma is the 5th film, and first since the record-breaking blockbuster Stree 2, in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. While the film may not be a record-breaker, its box office run so far has been decent and indicates a good and sustained response across multiple territories.
