Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, R. Madhavan's De De Pyaar De 2 Advance Booking Update

Mumbai, November 11 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn’s much-awaited romantic comedy De De Pyaar De 2, co-starring Rakul Preet Singh and R. Madhavan, is all set to charm audiences as it gears up for release on November 14. Directed by Anshul Sharma, the film is generating positive pre-release buzz and is expected to take a good opening at the box office.

Ahead of its release, Ajay Devgn and R. Madhavan announced the opening of advance booking through a fun promotional video. The bookings officially opened on November 11, giving the film three full days to build momentum across major circuits in India.

On the certification front, De De Pyaar De 2 has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a U/A 13+ certificate, dated November 6. The film has been approved without any cuts, with a theatrical runtime of 147 minutes (2 hours and 27 minutes), indicating a clean and family-friendly entertainer.

Produced by T-Series and Luv Films, DDPD2 serves as a direct sequel to the 2019 hit De De Pyaar De, which also starred Tabu. The sequel continues the story of Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh’s unconventional age-gap romance. Jaaved Jaaferi returns as Ashish's witty friend and psychologist, Sameer Khanna

Joining the cast this time is R. Madhavan, who takes on the intriguing role of Rakul's father, setting up an exciting dynamic in the sequel. The ensemble also features Meezaan Jafri, Gautami Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Sanjeev Seth, and Tarun Gehlot in pivotal roles.
