Tania Bhatia and Shikha Pandey also followed Veda as India reduced to 74 for 7 after 15 overs.

However, Kaur and Jhulan Goswami put up 33- runs together and gave bowlers something to defend as India finished with 112 for 9 in 20 overs. Kaur led from the front and scored 56 off 42 balls before getting out on this last ball of the innings.
