Salman Khan Charges A Huge Amount To Host Bigg Boss 14 On Colors

Bigg Boss 13 was one of the most talk about seasons that broke all the TRP records. The 13th season of this controversial show was the longest as well with makers had extended the show for 5 more weeks after it got an unprecedented response from the viewers.
One of the main reasons for the success of the show has been the host, Salman Khan who brings a different kind of excitement in the show. With season 13 was over a way back, the preparation of the 14th season is in full swing. Salman Khan will return as the host of this reality show yet again. The actor has shot for multiple promos of the show which will go on air soon on Colors.
It was earlier reported that Salman Khan had demanded the makers to increase his remuneration and now, according to reports, the actor is being paid INR 250 crore for season 14. The actor will reportedly be shooting once a week with two episodes a day, for 12 weeks. The amount per day of the shoot is as high as Rs. 20.50 crore, which averages to Rs. 10.25 crore per episode.
The report further stated that it's a blanket deal with Salman, which also requires him to be present at certain award shows of the television channel.
Talking about the start of the Bigg Boss 14, it was earlier scheduled to begin from September but now, it reportedly got delayed and is expected to start from mid-October. This year, there will be a total of 16 contestants will enter the house, out of them, 13 will be celebrities, and the rest 3 will be commoners.
Apart from Bigg Boss 14, Salman Khan is expected to complete shooting for his next film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai soon of which nearly 10 to 15 days of shoot left. He then will move on to Tiger 3 by February next year of which the official announcement is expected to be made on the birth anniversary of Yash Chopra.
