Mumbai, August 5, 2021: The new season of the popular comedy show, The Kapil Sharam Show, is all set to premiere on August 21, 2021. The comedian recently shared a promo video on his social media account announcing season 3 of the show.

Meanwhile, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will reportadly be the first guest of the new season of the show. He will be seen promoting his upcoming spy-thriller film, Bell Bottom, which is scheduled to release on August 19 in theaters worldwide. The actor along with the Bell Bottom team will appear in the first episode.



Interestingly, Akshay Kumar is the most visited guest of The Kapil Sharma Show. He has already appeared 25 times on the show and it seems that he will be breaking his 'silver jubilee' by featuring on the show for the record 26th time.

Kapil Sharma on Wednesday (August 4), took to social media and congratulate Akshay and Bell Bottom team for the brilliant trailer. "Beautiful trailer @akshaykumar paji Star-struck congratulations n best wishes to the entire team of #BellBottom @jackkybhagnani @vashubhagnani", Kapil wrote on Twitter.

Teasing the comedian, Akshay replied, "Jaise pata chala show par aa raha hoon, best wishes bheji uske pehle nahi. Milkar teri khabar leta hoon".

The last time Akshay Kumar appeared in the show was in 2020 when he featured in the show to promote his last release, Laxmii, which was released directly on Disney Plus Hotstar. The last episode of the previous season of the show was aired on January 31, 2021, which was right before Kapil became a father for the second time.

The new season of The Kapil Sharma show will feature Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh, Sumona Chakravarti, Chandan Prabhakar, Sudesh Lehri, and Archana Puran Singh with the main host Kapil Sharma.
