Hyderabad, June 19, 2021: Vijay Deverakonda, and Rashmika Mandanna starrer 2019 Telugu romantic drama film, Dear Comrade, was a theatrical hit. Apart from its success in the Telugu language, the Hindi dubbed version of the film also received a positive outcome as the movie has crossed a massive 250 million views on Youtube.
Now, as the Hindi dubbed version crossed 250 million views, Rashmika has expressed his delight on the milestone. She said that the movie is close to her heart and the milestone comes as no surprise as she feels it deserves it.
"The fact that the Hindi dubbed version of the film has crossed 250 million views on YouTube is no surprise because I think it deserves it. It's a story of the people and it's genuine and our audience can see it. It is extremely heartwarming to see audiences all over the country shower their love on the film. Dear Comrade has given me so much as an actor and as a person", Rashmika said.
"I could never really say this anywhere but Dear Comrade till date has a very special place in my heart. The preparation, the people, the shooting process, the experiences, and the people mean so much to me. I don't think I can put it in words", she added.
The movie is directed by Bharat Kamma and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and Big Ben Cinemas. The actress said that she gets emotional every time she watches it. "Every time I watch a song or something from that film it makes me tear up and I mean this in the most positive way possible", she said.
Going forward, Rashmika has exciting films in the pipeline. She will soon be making her Bollywood debut with "Mission Majnu", co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. She also has one more Hindi film with legendary Amitabh Bachchan, titled "Goodbye". Apart from Bollywood films, her Telugu movie, Pushpa, with superstar Allu Arjun will soon be releasing.
