Hyderabad, January 26 - Just when Prabhas-fronted big-ticket period romantic-drama film "Radhe Shyam" was all set to release in theaters on January 14, the third covid-19 wave, once again spoiled the party. This resulted in, the postponement of the release indefinitely.
"Radhe Shyam" has been postponed multiple times due to the obvious reason, the pandemic. While the pandemic is already taking a toll on the makers and fans waiting for this film, the rumors around it also not helping either. It is fact that top streaming platforms are throwing their all to grab the movie for direct streaming release, the makers, however, doing their job was busting those rumours.
Recently, there has been a lot of gossip revolving around the social media that Radhe Shyam will be streamed on Zee5 directly in February. Some reports have also claimed that other OTT platforms offered a whopping sum of Rs. 400 crores for grabbing the direct streaming rights of "Radhe Shyam".
The makers of the film, however, are super confident about their content. Director Radha Krishan Kumar has confirmed that "Radhe Shyam" will be released nowhere except theaters. Composer, Thaman S, who has composed the music of Radhe Shyam, also took to Twitter and confirmed the theatrical release soon.
"Radhe Shyam" is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated Pan-India films. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi, Pramod, and Praseedha under the banners of T-Series, and UV Creations. Pooja Hegde plays the female lead opposite Prabhas alongside other casts including Bhagyashree, Krishnam Raju, Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi, Murali Sharma, and others.
Meanwhile, as per the recently confirmed reports, "Radhe Shyam" will release either on Holi or Eid this year.
