RC15: The Release Date Of Ram Charan's Film With Director Shankar Is Revealed

Hyderabad, November 29 - Telugu superstar Ram Charan is currently in the top position of his career with three big projects. He is one of the leads with Jr. NTR in director SS Rajamouli's "RRR", due a January 7, 2022 release. It is perhaps the biggest film of his career and one of the biggest in Indian cinema.

Charan then has Koratala Siva's "Acharya", in which he shares screen space with his father, megastar Chiranjeevi. The shoot is completed and the movie is scheduled to release on February 4, 2022. He has produced the film under his home banner Konidela Production Company, alongside Niranjan Reddy for Matinee Entertainments.



Apart from the two big aforementioned films, the "Yevadu" actor is currently shooting for director Shankar Shanmugam's film, called "RC15". The big-budget extravaganza marks Charan's maiden collaboration with Shankar, who is known for helming films such as "Sivaji", "Robot", and "2.0". "RC15" has Kiara Advani as the female lead.

Touted as a political action thriller, "RC15" is being produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. Speaking about the film, Charan told variety that the movie will be released in February 2023.

Ram Charan also shared his excitement about working with Shankar. "Working with him is an experience and like his films, we see on screen. More than an actor I think I'm like having a fanboy moment slash actor in this set. It's amazing to see how he works. And just to be seen in his film, in his script. It's a pleasure. Absolute pleasure".

Meanwhile, apart from the three confirmed films of Ram Charan, the actor will also be teaming up with KGF director Prashanth Neel. The movie hasn't been officially announced yet but it will reportedly go on floors towards the end of next year. Neel, on the other hand, currently directing Prabhas-led "Salaar", which will be released in summer 2022.
