Vijay Deverakonda To Do A Fantasy Film With Producer Dil Raju?

Hyderabad, September 10 - Vijay Deverakonda, whose much-hyped sports action drama film Liger bombed at the box office, has resumed the shoot of Shiva Nirvana's romantic comedy Kushi, co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He was also doing JGM with director Puri Jagnnadh, but that movie has reportedly been put on hold.

Meanwhile, according to the latest reports, Vijay Deverakonda is in talks with producer Dil Raju for a fantasy film. It is said that the producer had planned a fantasy film with VD in the direction of Indraganti Mohan Krishna a couple of years ago.



Mohan Krishna's last film was Nani-starrer "V", which was released directly on the OTT platform. Dil Raju was reportedly so optimistic that Indraganti would deliver a massive hit with Nani's film, however, the movie did receive poor reviews and was a digital flop.

Dil Raju is now looking to revive the film with some other directors and he is reportedly in consultations with VD to work on further plans. Harish Shankar is one of the names that is being discussed to direct the film.

Vijay Deverakonda, meanwhile, will also do a film with Sukumar who will soon start the shooting of the second part of Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rule". Once he is done with Pushpa 2, the director will start work on Deverakonda's film.
