Mumbai, March 30 - Adipurush is an upcoming Indian epic drama film starring PAN India star Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. Directed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame and produced by T-series and Retrophiles, the film is based on the epic Ramayana and is set to release on June 16, 2023.
The makers recently released a new poster that features Prabhas as Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Seeta, and Sunny Singh as Lakshman. The poster also showcases Devdatta Nage as Lord Hanuman seeking blessings from Lord Rama. The actors look perfectly suited to their respective roles, and the poster design is impressive.
With Saif Ali Khan playing the antagonist Ravana, the film has generated high expectations among the audience. Adipurush has completed its shoot and is currently in the post-production phase. Fans are eagerly waiting for this magnum opus to hit the theaters and bring this epic tale to life.
Prabhas has several exciting projects lined up for the coming years. He will be next seen in Salaar, an action-packed film directed by KGF's Prashanth Neel, set to release in September. In 2024, he will star in Nag Ashwin's highly anticipated sci-fi film Project K alongside Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.
Following Project K, Prabhas will be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film Spirit. Vanga is best known for directing the blockbuster hit Kabir Singh. Fans are eagerly anticipating these upcoming films of the PAN Indian star.
