Shehnaaz Kaur Gill To Shoot A Promotional Song For Honsla Rakh

Mumbai, October 4 - There is some good news regarding Shehnaaz Kaur Gill. The singer-actress, who has been away from social media and her public life since the demise of her dear friend Sidharth Shukla, is set to return to her normal life with a promotional song for her upcoming Punjabi movie "Honsla Rakh".

Producer of Honsla Rakh, Diljit Thind confirmed to ETimes that Shehnaaz has agreed to shoot a promotional song for the film. The makers had originally planned to shoot the song on September 15, but postponed the schedule, as Shehnaaz was in no position to report on the set. And now, it is said that the song will be shot on October 7.



"I was constantly in touch with Shehnaaz's team and they regularly updated us about her. She is a thorough professional and I am glad that she has agreed to shoot the promotional song with us. We will be shooting either in the UK or India depending on her visa", said Thind.

Giving an update about Shehnaaz's mental state, Thind says, "She has been through a very difficult phase and is still grieving the loss. It must have taken a lot of courage for her to agree to fulfill her professional commitment. She is like family and that's the reason we don’t wish to impose anything on her. I just want her to get back to her normal work schedule for her own sanity".

Shehnaaz Gill, who shot to fame with her Bigg Boss 13 stint, plays the lead role in the upcoming Punjabi movie "Honsla Rakh", which also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, and Gippy Grewal's son Shinda Grewal. The movie is directed by Amarjit Singh Saron and produced by Daljit Thind and Diljit Dosanjh. The comedy entertainer will release on October 15 in theaters worldwide.
