Chennai, 21 Sep 2022: Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's recent outing Vikram stood as the biggest blockbuster success in India and overseas. This movie showed a never-before avatar of Kamal Hassan and became highest grossing Tamil film of all time. Even before the commencement, there are sky-high expectations for Thalapathy Vijay's 67th film project which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Recently Lokesh said that all the updates from the project will be coming out in 1-2 months. Thalapthy 67 will be a gangster action drama set against the backdrop of Mumbai. Just like Vikram, this movie is also anticipated to be an addition to Lokesh’s Cinematic Universe.



Director Gautham Vasudev Menon is acting in more films of late and he gained good popularity as an actor too. His recent directional venture Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu emerged as a box-office success. Now the latest buzz is that Gautham Menon is roped in to play the antagonist role in the film. Already there is news going on that Sanjay Dutt will be the antagonist. It has to be seen if both Sanjay Dutt and Gautham Menon will be part of the film or not.
