After Blockbuster Karnan, Dhanush To Reunite With Director Mari Selvaraj For His Next

Chennai, April 23, 2021: Tamil superstar, Dhanush is on a roll with a dream lineup of movies. The actor recently featured in, Karnan, which not only revived the Tamil film industry but also emerged as the biggest blockbusters of Dhanush's career. Directed by Mari Selvaraj, Karnan has already grossed over Rs. 50 crores worldwide and still running with decent occupancy despite the covid-19 pandemic.

Now, after creating magic with Karnan which received rave reviews, the actor-director duo of Dhanush and Selvaraj are joining hands once again for one more film which has already excited fans. Dhanush has himself confirmed the film via social media.



"Elated to announce that after the blockbuster success of Karnan, Mari Selvaraj and myself are joining hands once again. Pre production going on, Shoot will commence next year", Dhanush wrote on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Dhanush is currently in the USA shooting for his Hollywood movie 'The Gray Man' directed by The Russo Brothers and co-starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans. Once he returns from the USA, he will be completing 'D43' directed by Naren Karthik and co-starring Malavika Mohanan.

On the other hand, Mari Selvaraj will soon start his next sports-based thriller biopic starring Dhruv Vikram. It will be his third film after Pariyerum Perumal (directorial debut), and recently released Karnan.
