The Hollywood trade experts are predicting its lifetime domestic run to finish over $600 million while worldwide with $1.10 billion. It will become only the second film worldwide to reach the $1 billion mark during the pandemic. "No Way Home" is currently the biggest movie with a $1.89 billion worldwide gross.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the movie stars Tom Cruise as Captain Pete "Maverick" Mitchell reprising his role from the original, alongside Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer.
