Russo Brothers 'The Gray Man' Scores Fifth Biggest Opening Weekend On Netflix of All Time

Los Angeles, July 27 - Director Russo Brothers' spy action thriller The Gray Man finally dropped on Netflix this past Friday (July 22). The movie was expected to bring huge viewership and it did not disappoint and scored 88.55 million viewing hours in the first three days.
The film starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armes, Dhanush, and Julia Butters, among others, has been trending in the top 10 in 93 countries. It is the most expensive Netflix movie ever with a budget of $200 million and even though it did not top the overall viewership charts, it comfortably sits in the top 5 most-watched films ever in the first three days on Netflix.
Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot, and Ryan Reynolds' "Red Notice" is the most watched film on the opening weekend with 148.72 million viewing hours, followed by "Don't Look Up" (111.03 million hours), "The Adam Project" (92.43 million hours), and "The Kissing Booth 3" (90.86 million hours). "The Gray Man" is fifth on the list.
Netflix, meanwhile, is looking super pleased with the response of the audience to the movie and has already announced the sequel with Ryan Gosling and Russo Brothers returning, while a spin-off penned by Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick is also on the way.
