Actor Vidyut Jammwal, who made his debut with Telugu movie "Sakhti" in 2011, has completed glorious 10 years in the entertainment industry. And now, adding to another feather to his cap, the Commando star decides to forey into production and has started his production company called 'Action Hero Films'.
Talking about the same, Vidyut says, "The viewers have embraced and loved me in every character and this time around I am donning the role of a producer with their blessings. It's my turn to give as good as I got. I see this as an opportunity to empower talented people. I'm buzzing with new energy to lay the footprints of Action Hero Films across world cinema. A big thanks to all the Jammwalions for standing by me. This is their milestone as much as it's mine".
Jammwal has done movies in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages and made his name as one of India's finest action heroes. Speaking to Deadline
, the actor said that he will continue to work across langauges, and will produce movies if he can not act.
"I love every culture and I do not differentiate. If I have the time I will do it. If I can't act, I will produce. My journey has been interesting. The Hindi industry is not as easy to move into. You have to have something in you, some talent that people recognize. Our nation has a lot of talent. I want to make sure anybody and everybody who has talent will get a job. That's how I got lucky. If I see talent of any form, I’m going to give them a break", he said.
The actor will produce movies under the banner Action Hero Films while Abbas Sayyed will be co-producer.
Meanwhile on the work front, Vidyut Jammwal will next be starring in a romantic action film, Sanak. Directed by Kanishk Varma and produced by Zee Studios, and Sunshine Pictures, the movies also stars Rukmini Maitra, Neha Dhupia and Chandan Roy Sanyal in prominant roles.
