Shahid Kapoor's Next Feature Film With Ali Abbas Zafar To Release Directly On Netflix?

Mumbai, December 5 - Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor's stars shining bright at present as the Kabir Singh actor will be headlining at least 5 titles, including theatrical and OTT. One of the exciting projects he has is director Ali Abbas Zafar's action thriller, tentatively titled "Bloody Daddy", which is said to be adapted from the 2011 French film, Nuit Blanche.
Shahid recently commenced the filming of "Bloody Daddy" in Abu Dhabi. While the actor is making his digital debut with Raj&DK's show on Amazon Prime Video next year, the feature film with Zafar will also reportedly be released on the OTT platform. According to reports, the movie will be premiered on Netflix as planned originally.
Produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Mehra of Offside Entertainment along with Sunir Kheterpal's Anthena Entertainment and Gaurav Bose's The Vermilion World Productions, "Bloody Daddy" will be Shahid's second back-to-back OTT release, leaving the year 2022 without a single theatrical release for him.
Meanwhile, Shahid is gearing up for the theatrical release of the long-awaited "Jersey", which is the remake of Nani's Telugu movie of the same name. The Gowtam Tinnanuri-directed is scheduled for the 31st December 2021 release. His next theatrical release will be an action-packed "Bull", which comes out in April 2023.
Apart from the aforementioned projects, the versatile actor also has Amar Butala's Operation Cactus and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's mythological epic Karna, which will begin next year. He also said to be in talks with Kahani and Badla director Sujoy Ghosh for a fast-paced thriller, and Shashank Khaitan for an action entertainer.
