Shah Rukh Khan's Next With Director Atlee Is A Robbery Drama Film?

Mumbai, September 12, 2021: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's one of the upcoming films with Tamil director Atlee has been in the media headlines, even though it is yet to be announced officially. The yet-untitled film has an ensemble cast including Southern actress Nayanthara as the female lead. She marks her Bollywood debut with this film.

Reportedly, SRK's film with Atlee has commenced filming recently in Pune. Nayanthara and Priyamani also joined the first schedule. While it is the first film of Nayanthara with SRK, Priyamani had previously worked with the actor in Chennai Express in a song.



The complete details about the upcoming film are yet to be revealed but the movie is said to be a robbery drama with a mixture of Netflix's series Money Heist. The first shot of the Pune schedule was filmed in a metro, which also hinted a little bit about the film's plot. Atlee has written the script of this film, and knowing his previous works, his next is also going to be mass-oriented.

Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment is producing this film and has invested a big budget. It is a Pan India film that will also feature Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Sunil Grover, Yogi Babu, and Rutuja Shinde in key roles.

Meanwhile, apart from Atlee's film, Shah Rukh Khan is simultaneously shooting for Siddharth Anand's actioner "Pathan". This Yash Raj Films production marks SRK's comeback to the big screen after Zero. Most of the shoot has been completed. Other than SRK, Pathan also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Salman Khan is also playing a cameo role.
