Mumbai, September 16, 2021: Pavan Kripalani directed horror-comedy, "Bhoot Police", starring Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor as ghost hunters, was released on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 10. The movie got a good response on the digital platform and is one of the most-watched movies on Hotstar.

And now, the makers of the film are planning to turn this film into a franchise and are working on its sequel with the same cast. "Yes, we are definitely planning a sequel to Bhoot Police. The audience is enjoying the first part and I am looking forward to taking it forward with the team", producer Ramesh Taurani said to Pinkvilla.



However, the sequel of "Bhoot Police" might take time to take off as producer Ramesh Taurani is reportedly working on Race 4. It is said that there is a possibility of Race 4 happening before the horror comedy as scripting of the action thriller is already going on in full swing, says the report of pinkvilla.

Meanwhile, Bhoot Police also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam as the female leads apart from Javed Jaffrey in a key role. It is produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri under the banners of Tips Industries, and 12 Street Entertainment.
