Mumbai, July 8 - Bengaluru beauty actress Rashmika Mandanna is on a roll in the Hindi film industry and grabbing big films one after another. According to the latest reports, Rashmika has now been signed on to play the leading lady opposite Tiger Shroff in director Shashank Khaitan's next.
It was recently reported that Tiger would be teaming up be Khaitan for the first time and they have even reportedly shot to promo to announce the movie officially soon. Tiger has already started prep work for this movie that will be produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The shoot for the film is expected to start in September this year.
"Shashank was on the lookout for a fresh pairing and what better than getting Tiger and Rashmika together", according to a Pinkvilla report. It will be Rashmika's first film with Tiger as well as with Shashank and Dharma Productions. The actress is said to be excited to start the shooting soon for this romantic actioner.
Rashmika, who already have 3 Bollywood films in the pipeline in the form of "Mission Majnu", "Goodbye", and "Animal", will be shooting for Khaitan's film simultaneously with Allu Arjun-fronted highly anticipated "Pushpa - The Rule", which is also expected to go on floors in August/September this year.
On the other hand, Tiger Shroff has wrapped up the shoot for the Vikas Bahl-directed "Ganapath", which is gearing up for a December release this year. He also has Ali Abbas Zafar's "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan", in which he will be sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar. Apart from these confirmed movies, Tiger is also in talks with multiple other studios.
