Pathaan First Tuesday Early Estimates; Another Huge Day On The Cards

Mumbai, January 31 - Pathaan continues its rampage at the box office as the early estimates collections suggest another around 21 crores net (approx. 20 crores Hindi) on its first Tuesday/7th day. The collections are simply historic, to say the least. The records are being smashed in every circuit by huge margins and there is no sign of stopping this anytime soon.

The first Tuesday collections will take the total collections of Pathaan to 328 crores net box office mark. Pathaan also completes its first-week run today as it was released on Wednesday last week. The first-week collection of around 316 crores Hindi net marks the biggest first week ever for a Bollywood movie.



The previous highest first-week record holders were KGF2 and Baahubali2 and Pathaan smashed those records in the extended weekend only. It has also become the first film that crossed the 300cr mark in its opening week and hopefully we will see some more films on the list soon.

Tomorrow the film will beat the collections of PK, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Sanju to emerge as the 2nd highest-grossing film in the Bollywood film industry. By the end of the second weekend, the film will cross the business of Dangal to emerge as the highest-grossing Bollywood film and then the target would be to cross the two south dubbed films KGF2 and Baahubali2.
