Netflix Announces Release Date Of Bobby Deol Starrer 'Class Of 83'

Streaming platform Netflix has announced the release date of the Bobby Deol starrer Class Of 83. Produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment the movie will premiere on August 21 while the trailer will be released tomorrow (August 7).

Bobby Deol took to Twitter and announced the release date with the poster. "It's not WHICH side you are fighting for .. It's WHAT you are fighting against. #ClassOf83 trailer out tomorrow. Produced by @RedChilliesEnt Premieres August 21, 2020 only on @NetflixIndia", he wrote.

The 'Class of 83' is a drama film that is directed by Atul Sabharwal. The film is based on the Book "The Class of 83" by Sayyed Yunus Hussain Zaidi and tells the story of a hero policeman shunted to a punishment posting as Dean Vijay Singh (Bobby Deol) of the police academy.

Apart from Bobby Deol, the film also stars Anup Soni, Joy Sengupta, Bhupendra Jadawat, Ninad Mahajani, Hitesh Bhojraj, and Sameer Paranjape in important roles.

'Class Of 83' is the third Red Chillies Entertainment collaboration with Netflix after the original series Bard of Blood and Betaal.
