One of the leading production and distribution houses of India, Lyca Productions has joined hands with some of the biggest Indian filmmakers to produce and distribute their forthcoming projects. On the occasion of Lyca Group Chairman, Allirajah SubasKaran’s birthday today (March 2), Lyca Productions and Mahaveer Jain unveil names of their esteemed partners (leading filmmakers).
The filmmakers who have joined hands with Lyca include Karan Johar, Mani Ratnam, Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Nitesh Tiwari, Aanand L Rai, Akshay Kumar, Shankar, and Sooraj Barjatya. According to reports, Karan Johar's Dharma Production has signed a 5-film deal with Lyca Productions to co-produce films.
Lyca Productions took to Twitter and unveiled the names of filmmakers it will be collaborating with via a video. Last year Akshay Kumar and Prabhas promoted the Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Mahaveer Jain's special feature on the untold defining moment of PM Narendra Modi's life, titled Mann Bairagi, which will be releasing later this year.
More details about the collaborations are yet to be revealed.
