Kriti Sanon Is Excited About Her Upcoming Slate of Films As She Completes 7 Year In Bollywood

Mumbai, May 23, 2021: Producer Sajid Nadiadwala's "Heropanti" has completed 7 years from its release today. Directed by Sabbir Khan, "Heropanti" introduced two newcomers to Hindi audiences in Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, who have now become household names in just a short period of time and having some of the most exciting upcoming projects in their kitty.

Talking about Kriti, the 30-year old has one of the best lineups in the industry with seven big-budget films to her name. In a recent conversation with TOI, the actress expressed her excitement about her upcoming films and said that she is fortunate to beg such big projects, and one of them is Prabhas starrer magnum opus, Adipurush, in which Kriti playing the role of Sita.

"As an actor, I crave to get diverse roles to be able to explore sides and worlds that I haven't done before. I'm fortunate to have gotten opportunities in such different genres", she said, adding, "It's challenging but very satisfying and I hope I'm able to do justice to all. I am probably in the most exciting phase of my career so far".

Apart from the mythology drama "Adipurush", which also stars Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Kriti will also be starring in "Bachchan Pandey" with Akshay Kumar. Then she will be reuniting his debut partner, Tiger Shroff in "Ganapath" and horror-comedy "Bhediya" with Varun Dhawan from the makers of Stree.

Kriti also has "Mimi" in which she will be seen playing the role of a surrogate mother and the quirky comedy "Hum Do Hamaare Do" alongside Rajkummar Rao. And in the last (as of now), the Luka Chuppi actress has another unannounced film in her kitty.
