Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon's 'Shehzada' Release Date Postponed To February 10, 2023

Mumbai, July 16 - Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's Shehzada, which was announced for November 4, 2022, release, has been postponed to 2023 to avoid a clash with two other films. The Rohit Dhawan directorial is the remake of Allu Arjun-fronted Telugu film "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" (2020).

The action drama film recently completed its shoot and was all set to hit screens worldwide later this year. However, the producers have now decided to release the film during the Valentine's Day weekend, on 10 February 2023.



The postponement of "Shehzada" was already hinted at when producer Bhushan Kumar announced the "Kuttey" release date, which is on November 4. He is also the producer of "Shehzada" under his banner T-Series along with Allu Entertainment, Haarika & Hassine Creations, and Brat Films.

"Shehzada", apart from Kartik and Kriti, also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, and Sachin Khedekar in key roles. It marks the lead pair's second film together after "Luka Chuppi" (2019). The filming of the movie took place in Mumbai, Delhi, and Mauritius.
