It has been more than two and a half months since Sushant Singh Rajput found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. Even after so much time and CBI probe, instead of solving the death mystery of the late actor, it is getting more complicated now with the new revelations every day.
As per the latest development in this high-profile death case, the drug angle has also been involved to make things complicated after Sushant's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, and her brother Showik Chakraborty's WhatsApp chat got revealed in which they are seen ordering someone to get doobie, which Google defines as a cannabis cigarette.
After this shocking revelation, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) registered a case against Rhea and her family. To make things easy for NCB, Kangana Ranaut who has been very active on social media regarding this case offered her help by saying that drugs largely consumed in Bollywood parties of big people and she can help NCB to reach out to them. However, she also seeks protection as she thinks that she has risked his life.
She had also said in a tweet that if narcotics Control Bureau enters Bollywood, many A-listers will be behind bars -
However, even after 4 days, Kangana had decided to expose the Bollywood drug mafia, many people are concern that Mumbai Police hasn't provided protection to her. But Kangana doesn't want protection from Mumbai Police as she scared of them more than movie mafia goons. Instead, she would like protection from Himanchal Pradesh Police or directly from the Centre.
Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri had also said that drugs have been normalized in Bollywood over the past decade, bringing in its wake money and terror mafia. Speaking to IANS, the filmmaker had said, "For the last 10 years, drugs, especially chemical substances, have been normalized in Bollywood by powerful people. Along with drugs comes a lot of criminality in terms of the money mafia and the terror mafia. All these kind of things come in all kinds of illegal, unethical, and criminal stuff is taking place.
