The charming actor Sidharth Shukla has turned 40-year-old on his birthday today. Despite the covid-19 challenge, he has been one of the actors who remained the hottest topic in media headlines and social media. The Bigg Boss 13 winner is currently one of the most in-demand actors on Television and he is making sure to grab those opportunities which are coming his way.

It has been quite a surprising year for his fans as well because the 'Dil Se Dil Tak' actor has never been so open on social media then he has become after Bigg Boss 13, especially, after doing a music video, 'Bhula Dunga' with his dear friend, Shehnaaz Kaur Gill who also happened to be his Bigg Boss 13's housemate.



Interestingly, Sidharth's association with Bigg Boss did not come to an end and he was invited to 'Bigg Boss 14' as well, in the form of a 'Toofani Senior', along with the previous season's contestants Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan. The show went on air a few months back, on October 3, 2020.

Bigg Boss 13 was the most popular season in the history of the reality show, and the one big reason was none other than Sidharth Shukla who remained in the center throughout the show. The actor went through tough during the show. Be it his rift with Rashmi Desai, a never-ending ugly fight with Asim Riaz, and the Tom & Jerry show with Shehnaaz Gill, Sidharth had overcome all the challenges and later on become the winner of the show beating Asim in the finale. His victory was described as one of the best in the Bigg Boss history and we can't argue on this anymore.

Music videos with Shehnaaz Gill



Sidharth Shukla appeared in two music videos with his 'Bigg Boss 13' co-contestant and now friend, Shehnaaz Gill. Their music video 'Bhula Dunga' by Darshan Raval released in March and 'Shona Shona' sung by Tony Kakkar was out nearly a month back. The two constantly remained in the center stage and their chemistry was the highlight of the show which was loved by all.

A surprising entry in Bigg Boss 14 as a Toofani Senior

After setting the high standards in Bigg Boss 13, Sidharth Shukla was invited to Bigg Boss 14 which is currently on air. He remained in the house for nearly 3 weeks for which he was paid a heavy price. Just like the previous season, Sidharth remained on top despite the fact that he wasn't a contestant which speaks the volume of his popularity he has gained.

Never like before Fan interaction gaining spotlight

The one thing which really comes out as a surprise for everyone is his interaction with fans. He has some heart-touching fan interactions in 2020. He reached out to two of his fans - one to condole her father's demise due to COVID-19 - and the other fan when she wanted a hospital bed for her parent. Sidharth had arranged the bed for the fan, but her parent found another bed in another hospital by that time.

On the other hand, his fans have also been vocal about him. One such example was when Dharma Productions was celebrating 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania's anniversary and didn't mention Sidharth's name. The fans blasted at Karan Johar for not mentioning his name who played Alia's supposed to be a partner in the movie. His fans also thronged SidNaaz (Sidharth-Shehnaaz) while the duo was shooting in Chandigarh for the music video, Shona Shona.

Roped in for 'Broken But Beautiful 3'

After various speculations, Sidharth Shukla revealed that he was indeed roped in for Ekta Kapoor's hit show 'Broken But Beautiful season 3' on Alt Balaji and ready for his digital debut. Ekta put up an Instagram post introducing characters Rumi and Agastya, which will be played by Sonia Rathee and Sidharth Shukla respectively in the lead roles. The shooting of the show is currently underway.
