Rhea Chakraborty Appears Before ED After Her Plea Of Postponement Of Questioning Rejected

Actress Rhea Chakraborty has been in the legal process regarding the Sushant Singh Rajput death case ever since Sushant's father KK Singh has filed an FIR against her and 5 others. KK Singh has made some serious allegations on Rhea including abetment to suicide and fraud.

Rhea has been accused of money laundering regards to Rs. 15 crores missing from the late actor's account. The Enforcement Directorate has filed a case against her for the same asked her present before them for the questioning.



The actress had requested the ED to delay the questioning regarding Sushant Singh Rajput in the death case as the hearing of his plea in the Supreme Court regarding the transfer of investigation from Bihar to Mumbai is going on.

However, as per the latest reports, the ED has rejected Rhea's plea and has demanded her presence in the ED office in Mumbai at 11:30 AM on 7 August for recording her statement with regards to the money laundering in the case.

Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has officially taken over the Sushant's death case after the Central government accepted the Bihar government's recommendation for the CBI probe in the actor's case.
