CM Yogi Adityanath To Meet Top Bollywood Names Regarding The Decision On Biggest Film City Of India

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will meet some of the top names in the Bollywood film industry today (September 22) to discuss plans on the proposed film city in the state. The meeting will be held in CM's residence, as per the Zee News report.
To discuss further roadmap regarding the construction of the biggest and most beautiful film city of India, several actor, directors and producers will reach CM Yogi's residence today to take part in the meeting.
This will be the first such meeting held after Yogi Adityanath's announcement of the making of Film City in Gautam Buddh Nagar of Noida. In all likelihood, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet will give approval to the construction of film city after the high-level meeting.
On Monday (September 21), CM Adityanath during a meeting reviewed development projects of the Meerut Division had instructed officials to search for suitable land in or around Noida, Greater Noida or Yamuna Expressway and prepared an action plan. The UP government has sought land proposal for film city from three different authorities.
According to Zee News, The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has sent the proposal of the establishment of the film city to the state government on Sunday (September 20, 2020) while the Noida Authority also sent proposal for 500 acres of land to the government for Film City construction.
There is a plan to establish the film city in Sector-21 of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development's area, for which, around 1000 acre land has been made available and 780 acres of Industrial area has been proposed, reported Zee News.
