Ajay Devgn's 'Drishyam 2' To Release In November 2022

Mumbai, June 21 - Ajay Devgn has announced the release date of "Drishyam 2". The edge-of-seat-thriller, directed by Abhishek Pathak, will be hitting worldwide theaters on 18 November 2022.

The movie will see Ajay Devgn reprising the role of Vijay Salgaonkar along with Shriya Saran, Tabu, Ishita Dutta, and Rajat Kapoor, while Akshaye Khanna is the new addition to the cast. It is produced by T-Series, Panorama Studios, and Viacom18 Motion Pictures.

"Drishyam 2" is the sequel to 2015's movie that is itself the remake of a Malayalam film starring Mohanlal. A sequel to Mohanlal's film was released digitally in 2021 and got excellent response all over.

"Drishyam 2" begins 7 years after the events in the first film and tests Vijay's resolve to protect his family for whom he would cross any limits. The shooting of the film has been concluded in Hyderabad today.
